- Strong understanding of email deliverability, spam triggers, and technical setups (DNS records, warming, etc.)
- Ability to write compelling email copy and test different tones/styles
- Experience building automated email sequences with smart follow-ups
- Organized, analytical, and results-oriented
- Excellent written and spoken English
Responsibilities & Context:
What You'll Be Doing:
- Planning, executing, and optimizing cold email outreach campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions
- Building and cleaning high-quality lead lists based on target personas and ICPs
- Managing inboxes, sending schedules, warm-up routines, and domain health checks
- Using tools like Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo.io, and others to manage campaigns and scale outreach
- Monitoring open rates, click-throughs, reply rates, bounce rates, and deliverability
- Running A/B tests to continuously improve subject lines, email copy, CTAs, and sending logic
- Handling email deliverability best practices including custom tracking domains, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email warm-up
- Collaborating with sales and growth teams to align campaigns with business goals
- Keeping track of campaign analytics and reporting results in a clear, actionable way
