Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) is looking for self-motivated, competent & experienced official, willing to build career with one of the most prestigious professional Institutes of Bangladesh in the mentioned position.
∎ Functions: Maintain and keep operational the 1000 KVA Electrical Sub-Station, the 100 KVA Diesel Generator, all Air-Conditions, lifts, lights, signboards, fans, water pumps, water & sewerage line, sanitary system of CA Bhaban, collect meter reading rent & utility bill from tenants, pay for the electricity, WASA, telephones, land TAX, City Corporation, etc., check and keep functional of the sound system in the meetings, training, workshops, classes, AGM, etc., ensure the uninterrupted service during office time, holidays & emergency situation, arrange and keep operational of lighting on National days and fix any kind of electrical problems of CA Bhaban.

∎ Compensation & Benefits: As Per NPS 2015 Grade 16 (9,300-22,490)
