Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical knowledge of AC, electrical wiring, and maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hospital equipment and facilities.
• Install, inspect, and maintain air conditioning systems (VRF/Split/Window/Central).
• Regularly check wiring, circuit breakers, and electrical panels to ensure safety and functionality.
• Maintain proper records of electrical, New AC installation and AC servicing work.
• Ensure energy-efficient operation of all electrical systems.
• Assist in emergency maintenance and other related technical duties as assigned.
