Skills & Competencies:
- Strong technical knowledge of AC, electrical wiring, and maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hospital equipment and facilities.
- Install, inspect, and maintain air conditioning systems (VRF/Split/Window/Central).
- Regularly check wiring, circuit breakers, and electrical panels to ensure safety and functionality.
- Maintain proper records of electrical, New AC installation and AC servicing work.
- Ensure energy-efficient operation of all electrical systems.
- Assist in emergency maintenance and other related technical duties as assigned.
