Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities & Context:
Operate and maintain Chiller and Central Air Conditioning Systems to ensure optimal performance.
Oversee routine and emergency maintenance of Electrical Sub-stations and Generators.
Ensure uninterrupted power supply and safety in power distribution systems.
Monitor, operate, and maintain Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP).
Supervise installation, inspection, and maintenance of the Firefighting system and ensure compliance with fire safety standards.
Perform troubleshooting of electrical issues and execute corrective actions.
Ensure proper documentation of maintenance schedules, equipment logs, and safety checklists.
Liaise with vendors and contractors for service and repair work.
Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies during operations.
