∎ At least 5 years in Electrical Engineer role in the Real State sector, Resort, Hotel Building Etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise all electrical work according to design of Commercial/Project building.
∎ Scheduled visit to all running projects and making electrical estimates.
∎ Maintenance of all electrical items.
∎ Handle any electrical troubleshooting individually & capable of handling multiple task.
∎ Motor and electrical equipment maintenance, testing & troubleshooting.
∎ VFD installation, commissioning & troubleshooting.
∎ Technical efficiency report (Checklist, Daily, Weekly & Monthly maintenance Report). Electrical Design.
∎ Supervising & monitoring all electrical works & daily duty schedule.
∎ Direct work at construction sites, resolving issues and ensuring that work is completed according to specifications. Balance project management and ranging from designing electrical plans to monitoring contractors. Also ensure that plans and work are completed according to local and national electrical codes.
