Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Manager – Electrical Engineer to lead the electrical planning, installation, quality control, and safety compliance of all residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with real estate or construction firms, and a proven track record in managing electrical systems at both design and implementation stages.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, review, and supervise all electrical works (LT/HT, internal wiring, DB, MDB, transformer, substation, generator, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with BNBC, IEE regulations, and project electrical safety standards
• Prepare and review electrical drawings, BOQ, load calculations, and single-line diagrams (SLD)
• Manage vendor selection, quotation evaluation, and coordination with suppliers for electrical items
• Supervise and coordinate with the site team, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely execution
• Conduct site inspections, material quality verification, and troubleshoot electrical issues
• Monitor project timelines, cost control, and material usage for electrical scopes
• Ensure timely testing and commissioning of all electrical installations
• Maintain project documentation and handover reports related to electrical systems
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Education: B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) from a reputed university
• Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in electrical engineering in real estate or construction sector, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Technical Skills:
o Strong command of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and electrical design software
o In-depth understanding of electrical codes, safety norms, and energy-efficient solutions
o Hands-on experience in handling high-rise residential projects is a plus
• Personal Attributes:
o Strong leadership and coordination skills
o Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple sites
o Excellent communication and reporting ability
