∎ Bachelor of Science in any relevant discipline from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development and implement 5S3R, Integrated Management System (ISO: 45001, ISO: 14001 & ISO: 50001)
∎ Participate in/lead EHS audits and inspections developing remediation plans as needed and follow up continuously
∎ Develop HIRA, JSA for specific tasks and support in implementing control measures
∎ Conduct training based on the training need assessment
∎ Follow up CAPA implementation on incident learning and other improvement opportunities
∎ Proactive involvement in attaining EHS goals and objectives
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good communication skill required both in English and Bangla for communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Strategic insight and Sound knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001
∎ Sound understanding on International EHS Standards, local & international Regulations
∎ Fundamentals of Finances, Procurement, Engineering, Process & Project Management.
∎ Data analysis of EHS KPIs and ability to prepare CAPA plan based on trends
∎ Microsoft Office advanced knowledge.
