• Manage and grow our social media presence on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Work closely with graphic designers and follow directives from the Project Coordinator.
• Showcase strong aesthetic sensibility to create visually engaging content.
• Content Creation: Familiarity with CapCut or similar video editing software.
• Social Media Management: Proven experience managing social media platforms.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work remotely with a team and communicate effectively via Slack.
• Additional Skills: Strong aesthetic sensibility, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work under direction.

Positions Overview:

We are seeking multiple candidates for the roles of Educational Content Analyst (Social Media Manager)

The Educational Content Analyst will analyze, prepare, and enhance educational materials. (starting salary range 32000 +). He will post content, manage accounts, and actively engage with followers on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Experience in social media management is required, along with strong English skills (B2 level or higher). (starting salary range 40000 +)

Key Responsibilities:

• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to analyze and enhance educational content.

• Prepare documents and Excel sheets to organize and track content.

• Source and process online books and book lists.

• Create SRT files for videos and perform simple video editing using CapCut.

• Basic Python coding

Working Hours: Core working hours are 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Dhaka time, but you have the flexibility to complete your tasks anytime until the end of the day. As long as tasks are delivered and deadlines are met, we offer a lot of freedom in scheduling.
