Additional Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in any subject from a reputed university/college.

  • Minimum GPA 3.5 in SSC/HSC and at least 2nd Class/CGPA 3.0 in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

  • Minimum 3–4 years of teaching experience.

  • Candidates with B.Ed. or M.Ed. degrees will be given preference.

  • Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.

  • Administrative and pedagogy expertise.

  • Proficiency in English and Bangla (spoken and written).

  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, internet).

We are seeking creative and committed Head Teachers and Assistant Head Teachers to lead our schools with academic excellence, innovation, and effective management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set the school’s vision and strategic direction in alignment with organisational goals.

  • Lead academic, administrative, and financial operations to ensure smooth school management.

  • Supervise and support teachers to deliver high-quality, engaging classroom instruction.

  • Implement and monitor curriculum, lesson plans, and student assessments.

  • Maintain a safe, healthy, and positive environment for students and staff, ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed.

  • Track and report on school performance, student progress, and academic achievement.

  • Engage parents and the wider community to promote holistic student development.

  • Plan and organise co-curricular and creative activities to nurture students’ talents and leadership.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement among staff.

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organization and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation, including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA), to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
