Responsibilities & Context:

Job Purpose

The Media & Digital Content Executive is responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining high-quality digital and visual content that supports the institution’s branding, marketing, and student recruitment objectives. The role focuses on graphic design, digital design, poster creation, social media videography, and multimedia content production. Fluency in English and strong communication skills are essential, particularly in an education-sector environment that requires clarity, professionalism, and brand consistency.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design and produce digital and graphic content, including posters, banners, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials

  • Create visual assets aligned with institutional branding guidelines for academic programmes, events, and campaigns

  • Produce and edit social media video content, including short promotional videos, reels, interviews, and campus highlights

  • Support photography and videography for academic events, open days, graduations, and marketing activities

  • Manage and update visual content for social media platforms, websites, and digital campaigns

  • Work closely with Marketing, Admissions, and Academic teams to develop content that supports student recruitment and engagement

  • Ensure all media content reflects the institution’s academic standards, values, and professional image

  • Maintain an organised digital asset library, including templates, images, videos, and design files

  • Adapt designs and media outputs for different platforms, formats, and audiences

  • Monitor trends in digital media and social platforms to support innovative and effective content creation

  • Support branding compliance across all visual and multimedia materials
