Lightship International School is looking for a dedicated and passionate Junior Assistant Teacher to join our growing academic team.
Position: Junior Assistant Teacher
Subjects: English, Bangla, Math
Class Level: Up to Class 5
Location: 531, Dhonia, Jatrabari, Dhaka
Working Days: 6 days a week (Friday Weekly Holiday)
Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and qualification)
Responsibilities:
Teach English, Bangla, and Math to students up to Class 5
Prepare lesson plans and classroom materials
Assess student progress and maintain academic records
Maintain a friendly, disciplined, and engaging classroom environment
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance
Requirements:
Minimum HSC/Bachelor's degree (Education background preferred)
Fluency in English and Bangla
Prior teaching experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply
Patient, energetic, and child-friendly attitude
Strong communication and classroom management skills
