• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

IELTS Certification with a minimum overall Band Score above 7 (no less than 7 in any module) will be preferred.

• Plan and deliver structured, interactive IELTS and English language lessons based on student needs.

• Prepare lesson plans, tasks, assessments and follow-up activities aligned with target IELTS band scores.

• Conduct engaging classes using effective classroom management and modern teaching tools.

• Evaluate student progress through mock tests assessments and performance tracking.

• Provide timely feedback and individual counselling to improve student outcomes.

• Ensure consistency in teaching quality and support overall course continuity.

• Participate in professional development, training and institutional initiatives.

• Contribute to academic content creation and assist in promotional or training activities when required.

• Build strong student rapport to ensure motivation retention and batch growth.
