Responsibilities & Context:

SWOT SYSTEM LIMITED is looking for passionate, skilled, and experienced professionals to join our Digital Skills & Information Technology training team. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality training, mentoring learners, and contributing to the development of a skilled workforce aligned with industry standards and NSDA competency frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions in assigned subjects.

• Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.

• Deliver competency-based training following NSDA standards and guidelines.

• Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Assist trainees in developing industry-relevant skills and professional portfolios.

• Provide career guidance, freelancing guidance, and project mentoring to learners.

• Maintain training records, attendance, assessment reports, and documentation.

• Coordinate with management to improve training quality and learner outcomes.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

• Participate in workshops, seminars, and institutional development activities.

Subject-Specific Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Trainer

• Teach SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Google Ads, Analytics, Email Marketing, and Freelancing.

• Guide students in executing real-world digital marketing campaigns.

Graphic Design Trainer

• Train students in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Branding, and Creative Design.

• Supervise portfolio development and practical design projects.

IT Support & Service Trainer

• Deliver training on computer hardware, networking, operating systems, troubleshooting, and technical support.

• Conduct hands-on practical sessions and lab activities.

Web Design Trainer

• Teach HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Responsive Design, and UI/UX fundamentals.

• Guide students in developing professional websites and portfolios.

Python Web Application Development Trainer

• Train learners in Python, Django/Flask Frameworks, Database Integration, REST APIs, and Web Application Development.

• Supervise practical projects and real-world application development.

Educational Requirements

• NSDA Skill Level Certificate (Mandatory)

• CBT&A (Level-4) Certification will receive preference

• Relevant Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualifications in related fields

Experience Requirements

• Prior training, teaching, or industry experience in the relevant field

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to manage classroom and practical training environments
