Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, School, Coaching Center, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup

• Bachelor Degree in any subject from any reputed Public or Private University. Please do not apply if you are graduated from National University.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English Language or Linguistics (highly advantageous)

• CELTA certification (highly preferred)

• IELTS Score: Minimum 7.5 overall (mandatory)

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, School, Coaching Center, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup

• Age At least 30 years

Essential Requirements

• Excellent command of English language skills

• Strong communication and teaching ability

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as IELTS Trainer or Instructor (highly preferred)

• Any teacher training from the British Council

Other Eligibility

• Must be responsible, punctual, and student-focused

• Ability to conduct classes, assess student progress, and guide improvements

• Must be willing to live in Jashore or relocate before joining

Working Hours: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

Weekly Holiday: Friday

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct IELTS classes (group and one-on-one) and Mock Exams

• Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials

• Evaluate students through mock tests and provide detailed feedback

• Maintain a supportive and effective learning environment

• Assist the academic team in continuously improving course quality

• Any other task assigned by the authority.
