Experience:

• HSC
• Bachelor/Honors

• JLPT/NAT N5 or N4 Certificate is mandatory.

• Higher-level Japanese language certification (JLPT/NAT N3 or above) will be considered an added advantage.

• Prior teaching experience in Japanese language institutes will be preferred.

• Training in Japanese language teaching methodology, classroom management, or student counseling will be an advantage.

• Strong communication and presentation skills are required.

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, PowerPoint, Google Meet/Zoom) is expected.

• Candidates must be honest, responsible, punctual, and committed to maintaining a professional teaching environment.

YSL Japanese Academy is looking for a passionate, responsible, and dedicated Japanese Language Instructor (N5/N4) to join our team. The selected candidate will play a key role in helping students build a strong foundation in the Japanese language and prepare for studying in Japan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Japanese language classes (N5/N4 level) in an engaging and professional manner.

• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, class notes, and practice exercises.

• Teach Japanese grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and conversation.

• Evaluate students' performance through regular class tests, assignments, and mock exams.

• Guide students for JLPT/NAT examinations and Japanese language interviews.

• Create a positive and interactive learning environment.

• Maintain students' attendance records and academic progress.

• Participate in academic meetings, training sessions, and institute activities when required.

• Communicate professionally with students and colleagues.

• Perform other academic responsibilities assigned by the management.
