Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & HR Support
Manage the recruitment process, including preparing job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements.
Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee documentation.
Maintain updated employee databases and HR files.
Support HR policies, procedures, and administrative processes.
2. Student Record Management
Maintain accurate and updated student records, including admission details, academic progress, documentation, and communication history.
Ensure proper filing and organization of student documents (both physical and digital).
Assist in preparing student reports and records required by administration.
Coordinate with relevant departments regarding student information updates.
3. Administrative Support
Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the management team.
Prepare reports, documents, meeting notes, and internal communications when required.
Support office operations and ensure smooth workflow among different departments.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
4. Teacher & Academic Coordination
Coordinate with teachers regarding class schedules, attendance, student progress, and administrative requirements.
Maintain communication between teachers and administration.
Assist in resolving routine academic coordination issues.
Collect feedback from teachers and share relevant information with management.
5. Office Coordination & General Responsibilities
Maintain effective communication with students, teachers, employees, and management.
Organize meetings, events, and internal activities as assigned.
Monitor completion of assigned tasks and provide regular updates to administration.
Perform other duties assigned by the management.
