Experience:

• 4 to 5 years

• SSC or equivalent qualification in Handicrafts, Fashion Design, Technical Education, Vocational Training, or any relevant field.

• 4 to 5 years

• Age At least 22 years

Experience:

• Minimum 4-5 years of practical experience in training, handicrafts production, jute, bamboo and cane product development. Experience in NGO/TVET/Skills Development Projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct theoretical and practical training on jute, bamboo, cane-based mats, and other handicraft products as per the approved curriculum.
• Prepare training plans, lesson schedules, practical exercises, and training materials to ensure effective skill development.
• Supervise trainees, monitor attendance and performance, and assess skill development progress.
• Provide technical guidance on product design, production techniques, quality improvement, and market-oriented product development.
• Ensure proper use, maintenance, and management of training equipment, tools, raw materials, and workshop facilities.
• Conduct trainee assessments and maintain training records, reports, inventories, and other required documentation.
• Oversee training center operations and ensure the effective implementation of all training activities.
• Coordinate with project staff, management, stakeholders, and relevant authorities, and support exhibitions, product displays, and promotional events.
