• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Service Marketing

• Age 20 to 40 years

Creating educational and promotional content related to student visas, visit visas, scholarships, admissions, and international study opportunities.

Appearing in company videos, podcasts, reels, short videos, live sessions, and other digital content.

Conducting Facebook Live, TikTok Live, YouTube Live, and other social media sessions when required.

Preparing ideas for video content, promotional campaigns, and student-focused awareness programs.

The candidate must actively participate in the company’s branding, promotion, and digital marketing activities.

The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and guardians regarding international study options, admission requirements, visa procedures, documentation, and application processes.

Responsibilities include:

Handling student inquiries professionally through office visits, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.

Counselling students for countries such as the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Europe, and other study destinations.

Assessing students’ academic background, financial profile, English proficiency, career goals, and visa eligibility.

Guiding students regarding university selection, program selection, admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, and visa documentation.

Explaining visa processes clearly to students and guardians.

Following up with potential students and converting inquiries into successful clients.

Maintaining proper student records, application updates, and client communication history.

Coordinating with internal teams regarding admission, documentation, SOP, visa file preparation, and embassy interview preparation.

Providing professional support to students until final visa decision.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting the marketing team in planning campaigns to generate quality leads.

Representing the company professionally on social media platforms.

Creating informative content independently when required.

Promoting company services through online and offline marketing activities.

Building trust with students and guardians through professional presentation and clear communication.

Handling student inquiries professionally through office visits, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.

Counselling students for countries such as the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Europe, and other study destinations.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.

Strong counselling and client conversion ability.

Confident presentation skills in front of camera.

Ability to make videos, podcasts, live sessions, and social media content.

Good understanding of Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and digital lead generation.

Professional attitude, smart appearance, and strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets.

Good computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, email handling, Google Drive, and basic CRM/client record management.

Strong follow-up skills and ability to maintain long-term client relationships.

Positive mindset, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.

Candidate Must Be Ready To

Appear in official company videos.

Host or participate in podcasts.

Conduct live sessions on social media.

Create visa-related informative content independently.

Attend education fairs, seminars, and promotional events.

Communicate with students and guardians professionally.

Work as both a counsellor and marketing executive.

Achieve counselling, conversion, and marketing performance targets.

Experience Requirement

Minimum 3 years and preferably 5 years of experience in a reputed visa service firm or student consultancy firm.

Candidates with proven experience in student counselling, visa file processing, admission support, and content-based marketing will get priority.
