Academic and other Requirements
§ A Levels or Higher Secondary Equivalent (A Levels will be preferable)
§ Experience in the relevant field will be preferrable.
§ Candidate should be excellent in communications
§ Strong command in English (verbal and written).
§ Computer skills, such as MS word, MS Excel, Emailing.
§ Capability of doing research.
§ Record self-videos (talking head, informational, promotional) for marketing purposes.
§ Publish videos consistently on social media platforms.
§ Go live on social media platforms for client engagement.
§ Plan, create, and publish educational, promotional, and client-engagement content for social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc).
§ Candidates must be active, responsible, dynamic and should be capable to work under pressure and must be target oriented in their duties.
§ Must have an ability to work under pressure.
§ Positive attitude to work under pressure.
§ Excellent interpersonal communication skills & team management.
Job Responsibilities:
v Greet clients and visitors professionally and direct them to the appropriate department
v Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and social media inquiries
v Provide accurate information about company services, offers, and procedures
v Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and client records
v Assist clients with form filling, document submission, and basic inquiries
v Coordinate with consultants and management regarding client appointments
v Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
v Manage and update company social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
v Respond to online inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely manner
v Create basic digital content (post captions, simple designs, promotional texts)
v Publish regular posts, stories, and updates about company services
v Assist in running social media campaigns and lead generation activities
v Maintain and update client databases and leads received online
v Monitor engagement, reach, and inquiry performance of digital platforms
v Coordinate with management on promotional strategies and online branding
