Key Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching and high-quality YouTube thumbnails that align with brand aesthetics and attract viewers.
• Collaborate with our content team to brainstorm and execute visual content ideas.
• Ensure all designs are consistent in style, quality, and branding.
• Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines for daily and weekly thumbnail production.
• Communicate and collaborate with the team through Slack for updates and feedback.
