Proven experience in digital marketing (preferred)
Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads & Google Ads
Understanding of SEO, lead generation, and analytics tools
Good communication skills (Bangla & English)
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Responsibilities & Context:
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Google, YouTube, etc.)
Run paid ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and optimize for better ROI
Generate quality leads for study abroad programs
Manage and grow social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
Create marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
Work with the design & content team for ad creatives
Improve website traffic through SEO & content marketing
Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends
