- Must be comfortable making cold calls and responding to queries from social media.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Guide students through the university (UK, Australia) application process, including assistance with document preparation, application submission, and visa procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, applications, and other relevant information.
- Helping students with their personal statement.
- Will receive documents from students and validate them for accuracy.
- Will create students' profiles on university application portals and common application platforms.
- Coordinate with students to advice on their next steps throughout the application process.
- Document all office activities promptly and transparently
