Responsibilities & Context:

• Guide students through the university (UK, Australia) application process, including assistance with document preparation, application submission, and visa procedures.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, applications, and other relevant information.

• Helping students with their personal statement.

• Will receive documents from students and validate them for accuracy.

• Will create students' profiles on university application portals and common application platforms.

• Coordinate with students to advice on their next steps throughout the application process.

• Document all office activities promptly and transparently
