Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an `Education Coordinator` under Program Team based at Country Office, Dhaka.
∎ Report to: Director of Programs
∎ Contract Duration:02 Years from Joining Date
∎ Working Conditions: Country Office and frequently required to visit field.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years' experience in a managerial and technical position in development area focusing Education field with experience in Education program, INGOs, right-based approach, and community development.
∎ Able to represent the organization in different local government bodies, donor liaison, likeminded organizations.
∎ Ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines, and work cooperatively with team members.
∎ Be patient and have team building attitude by being respectful to others.
∎ Have skill to prioritize tasks under pressure and to understand the situation.
∎ Capacity to deliver job timely and balance work-life.
∎ Positive attitude, sensible and clear understanding of gender perspective
∎ Leadership Skills, Proactive and Empathetic
∎ Good interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving capacity
∎ Position requires both Bangla and English at Advanced level.
∎ Program design and planning on Education
∎ Technical support, budget and program management
∎ Sound experience in people management.
∎ Experience in financial management
∎ Good understanding and management of Partner NGOs
∎ Advanced knowledge on M.S. Word, M.S. Excel, and web-based applications.
Salary: Tk. 100786 (Monthly)
