Education:
∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience in student consultancy, international admissions, or visa processing, particularly for Hungary.
∎ Strong knowledge of Hungarian university admissions and visa procedures.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
∎ Fluency in English (Hungarian language skills are a plus).
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage a team of education consultants, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.
∎ Oversee the Hungary student visa application process, ensuring compliance with university and embassy requirements.
∎ Develop strategies to improve student recruitment and enhance partnerships with Hungarian universities.
∎ Conduct training sessions for the team on Hungarian education policies, visa requirements, and application procedures.
∎ Stay updated with Hungarian embassy regulations and ensure students receive accurate and up-to-date guidance.
∎ Handle escalated student cases and provide strategic solutions for admissions and visa approvals.
∎ Maintain relationships with universities, embassies, and key stakeholders in Hungary.
∎ Ensure the team meets student admission and enrollment targets.
