Key Responsibilities

• Student Counselling: Engage with prospective students, providing expert advice on courses, universities, scholarships, and visa options in Australia.

• Sales & Conversion: Convert student inquiries into successful enrolments by building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

• Lead Generation: Proactively manage student leads through phone calls, emails following up regularly to ensure high conversion rates.

• Application Support: Assist students with university applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and guiding them through the visa application process.

• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with students and parents to ensure high levels of student satisfaction.

• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on Australian education trends, visa regulations, and new course offerings to provide accurate and timely information to students.

• Requirements Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in education consultancy, sales, or related fields. However, fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for helping students are encouraged to apply.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

• Sales Driven: Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Customer Focus: A genuine interest in helping students achieve their educational dreams.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems and online communication tools (preferred but not mandatory)

• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple students and processes simultaneously with high attention to detail.
