Responsibilities & Context:
To consult with the students face-to-face, over the phone, or online regarding admission procedures for the USA & Australia.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills with our clients. Maintain strict confidentiality about customer information, as per required students’ necessary documents, received emails, and application process.
Keeping up to date with immigration laws for the USA and Australia.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, applications, and other relevant information using our CRM system.
Guide students through the university (USA & Australia) application process, including assistance with document preparation, application submission, and visa procedures.
Helping students with their personal statement.
Have knowledge about the Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) requirement.
