Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and maintain computer systems. Provide support in a face-to-face capacity, over the phone or e-mail.
∎ Prepare the specialized documents and reports related to the bids; provide the appropriate recommendations and solutions; and display, clarify, maintain and dropping tenders on the corresponding database, as per the approved policies and procedures. Ensure that tender documents are completed and accurate. Maintain accurate records electronic copies of completed documents.
∎ Overseeing the tender operations, finances, and general direction of the business. The typical day of an executive may include leading meetings, analyzing business reports, and working on the company policies.
∎ Implementation, support, and maintenance of all IT Related in the company.
∎ We are looking for a well behaved person as "Tendering Officer" for our construction company.
