∎ Sound knowledge of PPR (Public Procurement Rules) and tender procedures

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and submit government tenders through the e-GP (Electronic Government Procurement) portal·
∎ Review tender documents, BOQs, and technical specifications carefully·
∎ Coordinate with engineering and accounts departments to collect necessary documents and information·
∎ Ensure compliance with all tender requirements, including bid security, forms, and declarations·
∎ Monitor tender circulars and updates from relevant government portals·
∎ Maintain proper documentation and records of submitted tenders and correspondences·
∎ Communicate with government offices or clients regarding tender queries or clarifications
