Civil Construction, Civil Construction works, Civil Procurement Sector, Retrofit
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating & Customize design for construction and develop projects.
∎ Creating architectural and structural drawings for different construction project (Retrofitting).
∎ Coordinating field engineers, and procurement and delivery of materials for projects.
∎ Discussion & consulting with Engineering's architectural designers, and Technical and Trades Workers in different projects.
∎ Organize & affiliate building owners, developers and subcontractors involved in the Construction process for completing the project work on time and within budget and
∎ Accommodate equipment for various Civil Engineering related projects;
∎ Organize & implementing coordinated work programs for sites in projects.
∎ Create Mapping & Modeling in different projects of Disaster Management & Relief Division.
∎ Ensuring & Confirm allegiance to building prescription and standards of Representation, quality, cost and safety in projects.
∎ Overseeing the standard and progress of subcontractors' work in projects.
∎ Arranging building inspections by local authorities in different projects.Quality through masons and engineers training.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Retrofitting of the critical and priority institutional buildings and housing. Super talented.
∎ Experience in construction management including planning, site selection, design review, estimating, tendering, and project delivery.
