∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Support/ Client Service, Sales, Tele Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Order management ,Payment settlement, product entry with clients and
∎ Client Management: Communication with Clients and creating new clients
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction & provide excellent customer service.
∎ Candidate need to provide Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reporting.
∎ Keep in touch and build a strong relationship with a customers .
∎ Drive & ensure implementation of Customer care development plan
∎ Analyzing customer insights statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service
∎ Prepare and implements strategic sales generate plan for ecommerce website, Facebook and doorstep to achieve the sales target.
∎ Deliver Order reporting feedback to the authority and set an individual ecommerce site Order target weekly/monthly.
∎ Follow up the existing customer and explore new customer.
∎ Learning about organization's products or services and keeping team members up to date with changes
∎ If necessary to Support other working members

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Work independently and effectively in under pressure and doing jobs with deadlines..
∎ Excellent negotiating skill in telephonic and/or email conversation.
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution.

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)

∎ Eid Bonus, Sales commission
