We’re looking for an E-commerce Operations Manager to take charge of our backend operations and ensure seamless order fulfilment, inventory control, and logistics from day one.
Role Summary
The E-commerce Operations Manager will oversee the end-to-end operational flow of our online footwear business. You’ll manage inventory, fulfilment, logistics, and support systems, making sure every customer order is processed quickly, accurately, and efficiently. This role is critical to delivering an excellent customer experience while building scalable systems for future growth.
Responsibilities :
Initiate E-commerce business development model.
Organise team for E-commerce operation.
Manage daily order processing, packing, shipping, and returns.

Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, and courier services.
Maintain accurate inventory levels across all sizes, SKUs, and channels.
Oversee product uploads, pricing, and availability on Shopify (or similar platforms).
Ensure a smooth customer service workflow for delivery, returns, and order inquiries.
Develop SOPs and workflows for operations and fulfilment.
Analyze operations data to optimize costs, lead times, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor key KPIs: fulfilment rate, order accuracy, return rates, and delivery performance.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to prepare for launches, campaigns, and promotions.
