Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee daily order fulfillment activities, including order processing, picking, packing,
∎ and shipping preparation.
∎ Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock-outs and/or deadstock.
∎ Build positive relationships with customers through email, phone, and live chat communication, and provide excellent clear and concise communication skills.
∎ Assist customers with product selection, order placement, replacement, returns, shipping, and resolutions.
∎ Manage all online orders, accurately tracking and reporting order progress, following up, and handling all customer queries.
∎ Post content on various social media accounts.
∎ Engage with customers on different channels.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends.
∎ Analyze customer expectations based on past social media activity.
∎ Develop content or outsource to content developers.
∎ Support efforts in installation, production, and customer experience.
∎ Ensure that all duties assigned by the officer are properly performed.
∎ Be honest and responsible in all aspects of the role, including interactions with customers and colleagues, handling of company resources, and reporting of any issues or concerns.
∎ Conduct all work in compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
∎ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Experience with order management systems and inventory management software.
∎ Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
∎ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 18000 (Monthly)
