• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in motion graphics design and video editing, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your expertise and creativity in these areas.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Familiarity with other relevant video editing and motion graphics software is also beneficial.
• Creative Vision: Strong creative skills with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
• You should be able to visualize concepts effectively and bring them to life through your work.

• Video Editing: Transform raw footage into polished video content that tells a compelling story. Responsibilities include cutting, trimming, adding music, sound effects, visual effects, color grading, and finalizing videos for distribution.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative directors, content creators, and marketing teams to understand project objectives and deliver content that meets or exceeds expectations.

• Creative Contribution: Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering creative ideas and input to enhance the visual impact of our content. Your creativity will play a key role in shaping the overall look and feel of our projects.

• Asset Management: Organize and maintain project files, ensuring all digital assets are well-managed and easily accessible for future use. Proper file management is essential for maintaining workflow efficiency.

Salary Range:

• The monthly salary range for this position is 35,000 to 80,000 BDT, depending on your experience and qualifications.
