Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Host and present live sessions on social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
∎ Engage with the audience in real-time, respond to comments, and create an interactive experience.
∎ Prepare scripts, talking points, and materials for live sessions in collaboration with the content team.
∎ Demonstrate products, discuss services, and highlight key features to generate interest and drive engagement.
∎ Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
∎ Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms.
∎ Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and inquiries, and respond promptly.
∎ Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop content that resonates with our target audience.
∎ Act as the face of the brand in live sessions, maintaining a professional and positive image.
∎ Build and nurture relationships with the online community, influencers, and key stakeholders.
∎ Assist in the creation of multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and other visual assets.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.
∎ Qualifications:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
∎ Proven experience as a presenter, host, or in a similar role, with a strong on-camera presence.
∎ Experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
∎ Excellent verbal communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools.
∎ Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
∎ Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
∎ Experience with video editing software and graphic design tools.
∎ Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and trends in the Bangladeshi market.
