Job Context:
∎ We are seeking an E-commerce Operations Coordinator with a strong focus on customer
∎ experience to oversee daily order fulfillment, manage inventory, foster positive customer
∎ relationships, and handle online orders. The ideal candidate will also possess proficiency in
∎ social media management, engaging with customers across platforms, and staying updated with
∎ current social media trends. They should be capable of analyzing customer preferences based
∎ on previous social media interactions and crafting content or coordinating with content creators
∎ accordingly.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise daily order fulfillment tasks, including order processing, packing, and shipping.
∎ Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and excess inventory.
∎ Cultivate positive customer relationships through effective communication via email,
∎ phone, and live chat.
∎ Assist customers with product selection, order placement, returns, and resolution of any
∎ issues.
∎ Manage all online orders, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and timely responses to
∎ customer inquiries.
∎ Create and share content on various social media platforms.
∎ Engage with customers on different channels.
∎ Stay updated with the latest social media trends.
∎ Analyze customer preferences based on previous social media activity.
∎ Develop content or collaborate with content developers.
∎ Provide support in installation, production, and enhancing customer experience.
∎ Ensure all assigned duties are carried out efficiently.
∎ Maintain honesty and accountability in interactions with customers and colleagues,
∎ handling company resources, and reporting any concerns.
∎ Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ HSC, Diploma, Bachelor's degree in any discipline or related field.
∎ 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations and customer experience.
∎ Exceptional communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer service.
∎ Excellent organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
∎ Proficient in order management systems and inventory management software.
∎ Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
∎ Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and actionable insights.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Monthly salary range of 15,000 to 45,000, based on experience and qualifications.
