Job Summary

Denimisia is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced E-commerce Accounts & Finance Executive to manage all financial operations related to our online business.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in e-commerce financial systems, payment collection, transaction auditing, and reconciliation, ensuring complete accuracy and transparency in all business transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all e-commerce transactions and online payments

• Handle payment collection and confirmation from all channels (COD, bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, cards)

• Maintain daily sales vs payment reconciliation reports

• Audit all incoming and outgoing transactions with accuracy

• Track and manage pending payments, refunds, and adjustments

• Coordinate with sales and operations team for order payment verification

• Maintain proper financial records and documentation systems

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports

• Identify and resolve transaction mismatches or financial discrepancies

KPI & Performance Expectations

•  100% accuracy in transaction recording and reconciliation

•  Ensure no missing or untracked payments

•  Daily financial reports submitted on time

•  Zero unresolved payment discrepancies

•  Full transparency in COD and online payment tracking

Requirements

• 🎯 Must have 2–3 years of experience in E-commerce sector (mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of e-commerce finance and online payment systems

• Experience in accounts, finance, or commercial operations

• Expert in payment gateways (bKash, Nagad, bank transfers, COD handling)

• Strong auditing and transaction reconciliation skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Good understanding of commercial business operations

• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fashion or retail e-commerce industry

• Knowledge of inventory, sales, and finance integration

• Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems

• Experience in audit or compliance-related roles
