Job Responsibilities:
∎ E-Business Development Manager
∎ Maintains and plans an organization's overall policies and goals regarding e-business development.
∎ Develops and manages organizational changes needed to meet goals involving e-business strategies.
∎ Being an E-Business Development Manager identifies potential business partners and negotiates agreements.
∎ Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify and manage new market opportunities via partnerships.
∎ Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
∎ Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans for the pursuit and successful capture of key opportunities.
∎ Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
∎ Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
∎ Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
∎ Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
∎ Maintain customer relationships and assess competitor capabilities aligned to specific customers in intelligence community.
∎ Support creation and execution of multi-year business development strategies
∎ May coordinate and negotiate with various departments including product development, marketing and/or sales group.
∎ Typically reports to top management.
∎ E-Business Development Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their job.
∎ Ensures that project/department milestone/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
∎ Has full authority for personal action.
∎ Extensive knowledge of department processes.
∎ Additional Requirements
∎ Proven working experience as a business development manager, IT sales executive or a relevant role.
∎ Proven sales track record. Strong understanding of solution sales.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
