Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze & review gray fabric batch delivery program set as delivery priorities, and make schedule adjustments to meet timely gray fabric concerning with planning department.
∎ Manage a gray fabric batch team to ensure timely and accurate dyeing deliveries, oversee daily activities of batch team and provide direction & guidance as needed.
∎ Proactively manages and addresses performance issues in batch delivery team members, determine training needs and taking initiatives for workforce development.
∎ Ensure all the gray fabrics receipts to the factory are recorded timely in stock ledger with physical verification.
∎ Ensure gray fabrics issued to the dyeing production in proper way.
∎ Conduct store inventory (Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly).
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly & Yearly report & stock report.
∎ Ensure proper maintain and operation of the store like safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
∎ Properly maintain store compliance related issue and Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
