Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ B.Sc./Diploma in Textile Engineering/Technology from any reputed Institution will be given preference.
∎ Education Qualification will be considered for highly experienced and professional candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to work as a responsible person in the dyeing finishing department and ensure optimum Dyeing Finished Fabric production as per specification with due consideration of quality.
∎ Responsible for Fabric Finishing Production, Development, Control and combination with Knit Dyeing and Fabric Delivery Plan.
∎ Ensure Fabric is finished with right quality of fabric, conformity with the approved PP Sample Fabric or with Standard.
∎ Responsible for strong floor management as well as correspondence with all in charge and supervisors.
∎ Execute target production by maintaining all the parameters and ensuring the right quality including (Shrinkage, GSM, Twisting, etc.) as per buyer requirements.
∎ Develop the new process and technique in the production process of the finishing section.
∎ Control finishing parameters during bulk production on the basis of standard technical method.
∎ Ensure proper housekeeping with easy identification system of finished fabric lots and maintenance of all machines by the Maintenance department as and when required.
∎ The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing the factory's Dyeing Finishing production activities and ensuring the daily dyeing finishing production target.
∎ Finish the Body and Rib Fabric as per the Approved Batch and or with Fabric Hanger.
∎ Work with Dyeing to check the shade of body fabrics and rib fabric and finish the fabric as per trial roll having proper shade, DTM, brush quality, GSM and hand feel.
∎ Have good experience with Brushing, Shearing and Peach Finish Machine operating.
∎ Give the plan and fabric delivery schedule as per Stentering Capacity, Compacting Capacity, taking initiatives to give one shot fabric batch delivery.
∎ Have experience with batch-wise tracking, maintaining shade continuity bands, and arranging delivery as per requirement.
∎ Responsible for planning, developing, and following up daily dyeing -finishing activities.
∎ Any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have analytical skills of understanding the Dyeing Process and minimizing the rejections.
∎ Should have proven leadership quality & be result-oriented
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere, hardworking, and able to work in a team environment.
∎ Must have Basic knowledge of computer applications
