∎ MBA/Master's Degree in Finance/Banking/Accounting/Marketing/Management/Economics from any recognized university.

Brokerage House
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Share Brokerage/ Securities House
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring business target with short-term and long-term objectives;
∎ Efficiently handle Brokerage Business Operation;
∎ Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company;
∎ To lead the company in line with the vision outlined by the Board of Directors;
∎ Represent the company as required, including liaison with regulatory and trade bodies, attendance in important functions, industry events and meetings;
∎ To promote business with other asset management companies;
∎ To participate to IPO for client & company as per SEC rule;
∎ Manage and guide investor's portfolio across the country & abroad;
∎ To promote marketing strategies & product portfolio Management;
∎ Comply and ensure implementation of any change/ addition/ deletion/ modification/ alteration of any rules/ regulations of SEC related to margin loan and portfolio management;
∎ Ensure extending margin loan facility analyzing case to case basis as per Company policy and maintain margin loan ratio and limit as per company policy & SEC rules;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Minimum 15 years working experience in any Brokerage House / Securities House /Bank/Merchant Bank etc with at least 10 years in Senior Management position.
