Educational Requirements:
∎ LLB/Graduate/BBA with MBA from any reputed university with Amin ship course completed.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dealing with land related activities such as land negotiation, measurement, purchase, tax, mortgage, registration/deed/ agreement/baina, mutation, commissioning etc.
∎ To understand all land related documents (S.S, S.A, R.S, B.S, mutation, deed, via deed, portion of porcha).
∎ To monitor and finalize legal vetting for land and conduct purchase deed registration, pre-registration and post registration activities.
∎ Dealing with local medias, land owners, govt. officer i.e. AC Land office, Sub-Registry office, Tahshil office, Police station etc.
∎ Collect certified Deeds, certified Khatians, Maps etc. from related govt. offices.
∎ Sourcing new Land for development in a joint venture, visit and procure the land for an apartment/commercial.
∎ Ensure compliance with applicable laws necessary for the company.
∎ Drafting all king of Deed (legal) documents.
∎ To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 4-8 years working experience in any land/real estate oriented company.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Land/Real estate/Group of companies.
∎ Please do not apply if you have no relevant experience

Salary: Negotiable
