Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience in network, hardware, software, and ERP systems management.
• Professional training and education in related areas will be given preference.

• 5 years of similar working experience in manufacturing entities where there are more than 200 computer users and uses many software including ERP
• Remote servers hosting, application delivery, deployment and management
• Server, Cloud, GitHub and firewalls management
• Conception and operating of Network Infrastructure, security and compliance
• Updated knowledge on storage devices, servers, routers, switches and VPN
• Disaster recovery business process and facilities
• MS Office Application and basic IT.

• Oversee the design, implementation, troubleshoot and maintenance of the organization's land and cloud network infrastructure.
• Supervise the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT software, hardware, including computers, servers, printers, and related devices.
• Manage the organization's email systems, including user setup, email security measures, mailbox management, and troubleshooting.
• Oversee the installation, cloud hosting, configuration, licensing and updating of software applications for all its devices across the organization.
• Lead the IT support team to ensure efficient resolution of hardware, software, and network issues for end-users to ensure minimum interruptions.
• Ensure robust data backup systems, disaster recovery plans, and IT security measures are in place and regularly monitored.
• Maintain a comprehensive inventory of hardware resources, ensuring accurate tracking and procurement of appropriate items.
• Manage IT Helpline Implementation Project following professional management methods.
