We are currently seeking ambitious individuals to join this team as Deputy Manager-Sales Accounts (Finance & Accounts) for Bashundhara Chemical Industries Limited, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:-
Responsible for maintaining the overall functional activities of Sales Accounts after ensuring the accuracy of Sales invoices, timely billing & payment collection
Managing the accuracy of Accounts Receivable, Ageing & balance confirmation of customers as required
Preparing the regular sales MIS reports like daily, weekly, Monthly & Yearly
Support the sales and marketing team with financial data and analysis as per requirements
Developed the financial models to assess sales performance and markets,
Ensure the Sales revenue with accurate records of sales transaction after adjusting sales return, damages & others as required
Ensuring accurate records & coordinating with warehouse for inventory management
Maintain the compliance issue for customer service & communication
Assist in internal & external audits related activities of Sales Accounts
Reconcile the sales transition with bank statements, maintain incentive statements if required
Rresponsible for other works like Financial Reporting, Fund Management, Budgetary analysis, external & internal Audit and various activities of Accounts & Finance as per requirements of superior & Managements
