Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the sales team to achieve company targets.
Develop market strategies to enhance product reach and customer satisfaction.
Monitor regional sales activities and provide reports to management.
Maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
Ensure implementation of company policies and marketing plans.
