Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Rajshahi, Khulna, Rangpur Division and Foridpur Zone.
∎ Must have the capacity to build up a strong marketing team.
∎ Must be experienced in Feed or Agro products marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve the sales target given by the management.
∎ Must Appoint the marketing officer in own territory.
∎ Monthly and yearly sales forecasting.
∎ Effective team management to meet monthly and revenue target.
∎ Search and find gap Market and appoint new dealer.
∎ Evaluating performance of the team members.
∎ Analysis market volume, share and plan accordingly to increase sales.
∎ Engage in any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
∎ Must achieve the sales target with team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
