∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies with the help of GM.
∎ To be good and friendly with SKU wise target vs achievement.
∎ To set and achieve yearly sales targets across the product line. (Using sales KPI).
∎ To conduct Market research & develop Sales plan.
∎ To establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
∎ To implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
∎ To maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
∎ To plan for ensuring achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
∎ To meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.
∎ To develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
∎ To develop, maintain and execute a territory plan with the help of GM.
∎ To conduct review meetings to monitor progress and take corrective actions as required.
∎ To represent the company at various events like trade shows, mill-weeks and meetings.
∎ To develop and implement strategic marketing plans, sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives.
∎ To ensure effective control of marketing results and maintenance of designated budgets.
∎ To oversee and evaluate market research.
∎ To help SO and ZSM for creating New Dealer/ distributor and maintain good relationship with them.
∎ To direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
∎ To generate monthly reports for presenting GM Sir which highlights: Target vs Achieved Sales, Reasons for Shortfall (if applicable), SWOT analysis etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing.
∎ At least 10 (Ten) years in Electronics, Electrical and Home Appliance related marketing.
∎ MS Office (MS Excel, MS word and MS Power Point are mandatory), and basic networking.
∎ Proven track record of results and exceeding sales goals with a must-win attitude.
∎ Proactive, self-motivated, enthusiastic, responsible, attentive to detail, accountable, professional, relentless work ethic.
∎ Competitive attitude with a drive to succeed.
∎ Able to motive sales team and to be honest.
∎ Superior problem-solving ability, Innovative, forward thinker.
∎ Expertise and experience in prospecting, presenting and closing deals.
∎ Exceptional creativity and demonstrable history of idea development.
∎ Dynamic presentation ability.
∎ A solid knowledge of sales funnels, building sales strategy and increasing sales pipeline.
∎ Knowledge of data analytics and reporting.
