1. Achieve sales targets in line with the approved budget and organizational objectives.

2. Design, implement, and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

3. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and ensure continuous monitoring of sales performance against targets.

4. Manage and evaluate team performance to ensure productivity and achievement of individual and team goals.

5. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and long-term business retention.

6. Identify opportunities for market expansion and develop strategic initiatives to increase market share.

7. Conduct regular competitor analysis to understand market trends and maintain competitive advantage.

8. Plan and execute promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

9. Prepare and present regular sales performance reports for management review and decision-making.

10. Focus on people development through training, coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job development programs.

11. Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration with internal departments to achieve organizational goals.
