∎ Age 28 to 40 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for civil construction projects from drawings and specifications.
∎ Create accurate professional architectural structural drawings using AutoCAD or similar software as per project requirements.
∎ Conduct site visits for taking measurements and verifying existing conditions before preparing drawings or estimates.
∎ Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to understand design requirements and resolve technical issues.
∎ Update and revise drawings as per site changes or design modifications and maintain proper documentation.
∎ Assist in preparing documents for tendering, pricing, and procurement by providing necessary drawings and cost inputs.
∎ Provide timely reports and updates related to drafting and estimation progress to the project manager or senior engineer.
