∎ Duty Station: Head Office in Banani, Dhaka with occasional field visits as per project needs. Certain portion of the LOE will be assigned for Donor funded programs after recruitment.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and edit various types of documents, including policies, procedures, work instructions, manuals, and forms, using clear and concise language. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established standards and guidelines.
∎ Establish and maintain an efficient document management system to organize, store, and retrieve documents. Apply appropriate naming conventions, version control, and security measures to ensure document integrity and confidentiality.
∎ Review documents for clarity, grammar, punctuation, and formatting. Conduct regular audits to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies. Collaborate with subject matter experts to verify information and validate document accuracy.
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as subject matter experts, project managers, and stakeholders, to gather information and ensure document completeness. Coordinate document review and approval processes, track feedback, and incorporate necessary revisions.
∎ Identify opportunities to enhance document management processes and systems. Propose and implement solutions to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and improve document quality and accessibility.
∎ Support content and program to develop need specific knowledge products by providing necessary contents and guidance following quality, standards and expectations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be able to communicate precisely and clearly in Bangla and English, both written and orally.
∎ Assess crisis situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problem.
∎ Ability to perform logic driven negotiations with project stakeholders.
∎ Strong decision-making capabilities based on the available information
∎ Keen observation skills with attention towards details to identify different issues of existing projects and coming up with optimal solutions.
∎ Proactive problem-solving attitude.
∎ Ability to Pick up new skills and processes quickly and rigorously.
∎ Well conversant in Microsoft office.
∎ Previous work experience in ICT sector will be an added advantage.
